Hi, I’m Charleen Herriott, a top-producing Realtor® and proud owner of Legacy Homes Real Estate here in Central Virginia. With more than 27 years of experience in helping individuals and families find the perfect place to call home, I’ve built my career on one simple philosophy: work hard and be kind.

I specialize in serving first-time homebuyers, sellers, and military families, providing trusted guidance through every step of the process—from navigating mortgages to understanding the local market. Having supported military families relocating from overseas, I know how important it is to have a Realtor® who is responsive, resourceful, and genuinely cares.

As a veteran myself, integrity and service are at the core of how I work. My mission is to assist at least 60 families each year with their relocation needs while making the journey as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
