About Me

Hi, I’m Charleen Herriott, a top-producing Realtor®, Navy veteran, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and proud to serve Central Virginia with Real Broker, LLC. With more than 27 years of experience in helping individuals and families find the perfect place to call home, I’ve built my career on one simple philosophy: work hard and be kind.

I specialize in serving first-time homebuyers, sellers, and military families, providing trusted guidance through every step of the process—from navigating mortgages to understanding the local market. I help military families with PCS moves to and from Fort Lee and throughout Central Virginia, including VA buyers and CONUS and OCONUS relocations. Having supported military families relocating from overseas, I know how important it is to have a Realtor® who is responsive, resourceful, and genuinely cares.

As a veteran myself, integrity and service are at the core of how I work. My mission is to assist at least 60 families each year with their relocation needs while making the journey as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re buying your very first home, upgrading to your forever space, or selling to start a new chapter, I’m here to ensure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

When I’m not serving clients, you can often find me connecting with the community, mentoring within professional organizations like the Women’s Council of Realtors Richmond, or enjoying family time with my daughters.

Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it’s a life-changing experience. I’d be honored to guide you through yours.
